Our markets are public events. By attending, you acknowledge that photography and video may be taken by Caloundra Markets staff or authorised photographers for promotional purposes including use on our website, social media, and in print materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our team on the day.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose that is unrelated to the above without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• The Caloundra Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc — as the operating entity for Caloundra Markets, for administrative and operational purposes
• Service providers — including our stallholder booking platform (Tekram), email marketing platform, website hosting provider, and payment processors — who assist us in operating our services. These providers are required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we direct
