Caloundra Markets — General
What markets does the Caloundra Chamber operate?
The Caloundra Chamber of Commerce has operated the Caloundra markets for over two decades. There are five regular markets: the Caloundra Street Fair (every Sunday), the Caloundra Twilight Market (last Friday of each month, excluding June/July), the Currimundi Lake Twilight Market (third Friday of each month, excluding June/July), the Aura Fresh Market, and the Moffat Beach Street Party. Winter Wunderland also runs as an annual seasonal event.
When is the Caloundra Street Fair?
Every Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Bulcock Street, Caloundra. It features 120+ stalls with coastal shopping, artisan crafts, food and beverage vans, and live entertainment. The Bulcock Street retailers are also open during market hours. Runs year-round, rain or shine. Free entry
When is the Caloundra Twilight Market?
The last Friday of each month from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (excluding winter months) along the Bulcock Beach Esplanade. Features food and artisan stalls, handcrafted goods, gourmet treats, and international street food with sunset views over Pumicestone Passage. Free entry.
When is the Currimundi Twilight Market?
The third Friday of each month from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (excluding winter months) on Watson Street at Currimundi Lake. Features up to 20 food vans, a pop-up bar by Your Mates Brewing Co, and live music. Dogs on leash are welcome. Licensed venue — no BYO alcohol. Free entry.
Where can I park at the markets?
Parking is available onsite at the Aura markets. At the Caloundra Street Fair and the Caloundra Twilight Market, street parking is available nearby, as well as at the Transit Centre in Cooma Terrace. The Currimundi Twilight Market has nearby street parking available.
Can I bring my dog to the markets?
We welcome all well-mannered pets. Please ensure they are on a short leash or restrained and under control at all times, and clean up after them immediately. The markets can be noisy and crowded at times — not ideal for nervous dogs. Roads can also get hot for their paws. While we love having fur-babies at the markets, please consider the conditions before bringing your four-legged family members.
Are the markets wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our markets are suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter access, with disability parking options available. Contact the Market Team for more information or assistance.
Do the markets operate in bad weather?
Yes. The markets operate in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Grab your gumboots and brollies and come on down. If you are unsure, check the relevant market's social media pages for an update on the day.
How many stalls are at the Caloundra Street Fair?
There are 120+ stalls at the Caloundra Street Fair each Sunday, ranging from arts and crafts, candles, jewellery, wellness products, take-away and gourmet foods, plants and produce, plus a selection of street food options for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
Where do I go for help or assistance at the markets?
The Market Team are available at the Minchinton Street roundabout to provide information and first aid assistance during the Caloundra Street Fair. At other markets, look for staff in branded shirts or contact the Chamber directly.
Are the twilight markets BYO?
No. The twilight markets are licensed events with no BYO permitted. We support a number of local breweries and distilleries at our markets; such as Moffat Beach Brewing co, Your Mates Brewing Co, Brouhaha Brewery, Beachtree Distilling co.
Are the Caloundra markets worth visiting?
The Caloundra markets are among the most popular on the Sunshine Coast. The Sunday Street Fair features 120+ stalls beneath shady trees a short stroll from the beach. The Twilight Markets offer some of the best evening foodie experiences on the Coast. All markets are free entry.
Becoming a Market Vendor
How can I become a vendor?
Apply online using the Become a Vendor button below. All vendors must comply with the terms and conditions, which are outlined on the Stallholder Terms & Conditions page. All bookings and invoices must be paid in full prior to trading.
What types of stalls are accepted?
The Caloundra Markets events features arts and crafts, candles, jewellery, wellness products, gourmet and take-away foods, plants, produce, and more. The Twilight Markets specialise in food vans, artisan goods, and craft beverages.
How long does the application process take?
Applications are typically reviewed by the Caloundra Markets team within 2–5 business days. You'll receive an email notification with the outcome. If approved, you will receive a log in to the Tekram booking platform where you can update your vendor profile and book your first market date immediately.
Can I book multiple market dates at once?
Yes. Once approved, you can view the full schedule of upcoming market dates open for bookings and book as many as you like in advance. Payment is processed at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each market event carries individual terms and conditions, ensure you're aware of these conditions outlined on the Stallholders Terms & Conditions page and outlined on any booking notices.
Is the same stall site allocated every time?
Site allocation is managed by the market team. Regular vendors tend to be placed in familiar areas, but a specific site cannot be guaranteed on every date. You'll receive your site number prior to each market.
What time do I need to arrive for bump-in?
Bump-in times are communicated via your booking confirmation email before each market. Generally, vendors are expected to be set up and ready to trade by the market's opening time. Late arrivals may forfeit their site.
Can I sell food or beverages?
Yes, food and beverage vendors are welcome. You must hold a current council food business registration, a food safety supervisor certificate, and appropriate public liability insurance. All food handling must comply with Queensland Food Act 2006 requirements.
Can I perform or entertain at the markets?
The Caloundra Chamber of Commerce support local entertainment and has opportunity for paid and non paid (busker) entertainment. ALL entertainment must be approved and scheduled by market management in advance. If you are a community group and would like an opportunity to perform or showcase your creative assests please get in touch with our Commercial Manager – [email protected]. This includes, theatre groups, choirs, bands, dance groups or creative arts.

Where is Caloundra?
Caloundra is at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast in South East Queensland, approximately 95 kilometres north of Brisbane. Known for beautiful beaches, Pumicestone Passage, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle, it's easily accessible via the Bruce Highway and within an hour of Brisbane Airport.

What markets are on this weekend?
The Caloundra Street Fair runs every Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Bulcock Street. The Caloundra Twilight Market is on the last Friday of each month (5–9 PM, excluding winter), and the Currimundi Twilight Market runs the third Friday (4–8 PM, excluding winter).
